Economic Calendar — Cache Test

Step 1 has our server pay x402node ($0.01 USDC on Solana, operator wallet) and store the calendar for 24 hours. Step 2 reads it back from our cache. The calendar is shown twice — once per step — and the checks confirm the second copy came from the cache. A forced refresh is honoured at most once every 10 minutes; inside that window step 1 returns the current snapshot without paying.
